ABSTRACT
Chapter 14 closes Part 2 by referring back to the Cambridge Primary Review’s recommendation that government should initiate a national review of primary schools’ curriculum capacity in order to secure a curriculum of the best possible quality, in every subject and domain, for every child. The chapter offers a detailed account of what such capacity might entail.
