The heart of Purpose Meets Execution is the idea that accelerated engagement of people drives organizational results. Without a culture of high engagement, only limited success is possible. The need for people in your business to understand how their personal purpose connects to the larger organizational purpose is key to this engagement and alignment. In a commercial business, profit is a mandatory element to fulfilling an organization's purpose, regardless of the industry or geographical location. In not-for-profit organizations, the same principle applies to fundraising. An organizational purpose is fulfilled only when it is fueled by executional excellence.
