ABSTRACT
Nobody can do everything but everybody can do something. Many people believe that things the people love doing lie in the domain of hobbies and have little or nothing to do with their work. It’s worth trying to find this ‘something’ that will give the people both livelihood and fun at the same time. Circle or highlight on the mind map provided everything that describes the people strengths. It is not only the people ‘general area’ and ‘study skills’ strengths that determine how good a learner the people are and how successful they will be. Some of the personal characteristics can also play a crucial role in their success. Bear in mind that appreciating and further developing the people strengths is extremely important for their success. Some experts claim that it is more important than attempting to improve their weaknesses.
