The various ways contracts are formed include signed contracts, the physical performance of people doing things, exchange of emails or forms such as purchase orders, and online click agreements. Agency law deals with issues of who has legal and apparent authority to make legal and financial commitments to create or amend contracts. Basic contract terms and conditions are explained and simplified. Rather than being a tedious, onerous chore, putting together good contracts can enhance the relationships of parties to international agreements. Contracts are the tool to facilitate good relations between buyers and sellers throughout the life of the agreement.
