ABSTRACT
Materials Wherever possible, play the games using real objects and toys found in the classroom. The materials needed for each session are listed on the Group Session Sheet in the column headed ‘Resources’. If you do not have some of the objects or toys listed, there is an option to use cut-out cards from the Resource Templates section as an alternative. The same toys are used frequently for the programme, so teaching assistants will find it quicker and easier to collect a box of these toys in readiness for the groups throughout the year to cut down on preparation time.
