ABSTRACT

The game becomes easier when players have to recall only the order of the counters, without having to remember their value. Kim’s games can also be played outdoors. More difficult to guess are noises such as blowing up a balloon, pumping up a bicycle tyre, striking a match, crunching paper, brushing off shoes, pouring water, brushing teeth, gargling or rubbing down a piece of wood using sandpaper. Relatively easy to guess are the following noises: bouncing a ball, tearing fabric, opening a bottle, cracking nuts, bursting a blown-up paper bag, or setting off an alarm clock. The group listens to or watches the news on the radio or television, after which the leader sends all players out of the room, and calls them back in one-by-one. The player who answers the most, or all, questions correctly is the winner.
