ABSTRACT
This chapter seeks to evaluate the effects and the efficiency of the existing system of export incentive schemes in Pakistan. In view of the widespread prevalence of similar export incentive schemes in many parts of the developing world, it is hoped that the analysis may provide a few lessons for the other developing countries.
