ABSTRACT

The world of physics is already a world of refined or inferred perception and hence is a mixed world, which includes theoretical entities both in terms of observations and in the use of language. When one plugs a lamp into an electrical source, the lamp has a source of power. The light given off by the lamp is not the same as the source of power with which it is connected and the illumination would not exist in the first place if there were no source of power. One cannot represent space without time or time without space whether or not one may make reference to the time or space of a different space-time continuum. If space and time were intertwined, it may be that each attempt at understanding one member of the pair inevitably involves the subject knower in the understanding of the paired other.
