ABSTRACT

This chapter explains Trans4m itself – that is, to our overall approach to Integral Development in that light. At its core, Trans4m is a development catalyst of a new integral theory and practice, supporting particular individuals and organizations, communities and societies to engage reciprocally in carefully designed developmental processes, in order to develop their full potential and to contribute, in a sustainable and life-affirming way, to the development of local and global nature and humanity. The foundation of the Trans4m movement is its vibrant community of integral individual and institutional agents of transformation – passionately engaged in activating our particular selves, organizations, communities and societies to participate in the integral renewal of people and planet. Trans4m was initially founded by Afro-European Ronnie Lessem and citizen of the world Alexander Schieffer, both having a business and economic background combined with a passion for culture and the psychology of consciousness.
