ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, I looked at three macro-level drivers of change that are remaking the external context for the work that we do as arts leaders and arts organizations. Each of these meta changes reverberate in other areas of our world as well so I next want to look at some of the broader and deeper implications of these disruptive changes and what that might mean for our work as arts leaders.
