ABSTRACT
This study came about over the course of a two-year period as many countries and regions were investigating the impacts of liberalizing bilateral air service agreements (ASAs). In particular, The European Economic Community, Transport Canada, the Department of Transportation in Australia and New Zealand commissioned several studies that expanded the scope of knowledge regarding the impact of ASAs.
