ABSTRACT
The Business Conditions Monitoring Indicator of Taiwan, compiled by the Council for Economic Planning and Development (CEPD), has been in existence since 1975. The purpose is to furnish guidance to the government in making timely and appropriate economic policy decisions. The entrepreneurs can also use it to adjust their expansion plans.
