ABSTRACT
The intent of this book is to summarise and describe. To a large extent, critique and analysis of the methodologies used will be suspended in the interests of verbatim reporting. Hence, it is considered important to at least make general comment at the beginning of the book regarding some of the most important methodological concerns associated with research in this area.
