ABSTRACT
The meaning of the term ‘programme’ varies between one organization and another, but as a general rule, a programme is a group of related though not necessarily concurrent projects, co-ordinated and directed by a single Programme Board or Steering Group, to deliver the resulting benefits of strategic or major change or innovation to an organization.
