ABSTRACT

A Request for Change (RFC) is used in PRINCE® and non-PRINCE® environments when a stakeholder asks for a change to a product, or to one or more of its Acceptance Criteria. It is regarded as good practice for you to enable any such person to raise such a request directly, in which case it should also be recorded as a Project Issue. You may also find that someone will raise a Project Issue which, after examination, may then be recorded as a Request for Change.
