ABSTRACT
Two balloonists, after drifting for days in stormy weather, saw a house. They descended over it and noticed a man who came out to see what they wanted.
'Where are we?', they asked. Tn a balloon', replied the man. 'He must be an economist', remarked one of the balloonists.
