ABSTRACT
The first dimension considered stresses the relative dynamics of institutionalization, alternatively defined as the reproduction of properties of discrete institutional forms (rules, procedures, organizations, and structures) or rather as a process of institutionalization of a continuous, path-dependent kind; the second stresses its relative degree of either social objectivation or subjective foundation.
