During our show, individuals will inevitably drop in and drop out. In broadcasting, we call that 'the churn'. Some will join us at the start and stay all the way through. We love these people! Let's call them The Superfans. Some will join us late but stay: The Johnny-Come-Latelys. Some people will join us on time and then leave: The Toe-in-the-Water Viewers. Some will join late and leave early: The Uncommitted. Maximise the effort that we are putting into the production and presentation of our performance by pre-promoting it. Once we go live, get a friend or colleague to grab the link and put it out on other social media channels. And yes, we could promote our Facebook Live on Twitter, or our Periscope on Facebook. If we have a strategy that specific partners will share our show as soon as we go live, then we are building a bigger boost to our broadcast, to get an even larger audience.
