Documentation in the Digital age e live in a documented world. The world we reside in is intricately connected to government and business. Think about how many times in your
life someone handed you a form to fill out. We must fill out forms when we rent an apartment, buy a house, apply for loans, enter college, apply for jobs, pay taxes, get professional licenses, learn to drive, register a car, become a citizen, get a passport, get a credit card, or get electricity and water to a home or business. You even have to fill out a form to get a newspaper or magazine delivered to your house. Every 10 years, the government requires you to fill out a U.S. Census form that asks you a host of personal questions. A doctor filled out a form when you were born and will do so when you die.
