ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on movement, beginning with developing a foundation based on concentration and relaxation. Once you master the ability to concentrate while simultaneously being relaxed, the movements required of you should follow easily—standing, sitting, walking, and gestures. From the simplest, smallest nuance in your facial expression to the largest gesture, your movement is a communication tool. Most of what we communicate to others is communicated through nonverbal cues, and these must not be overlooked.
