Instant recognition hits like a lightbulb clicking on with the phrase “redundant conversations.” We know exactly what the phrase means, and we don’t like it. The phrase instills irritation and a series of questions like:
Haven’t we covered this before?
Why are we talking about this again?
Why are we wasting time on this?
And the worst question of all about redundant conversations is: Won’t someone please make a decision?
