ABSTRACT
Once upon a time, there were suggestion boxes all over every place in the world. The corporate office, the hotel lobby, the YMCA, everywhere. They were usually wooden boxes with a slot on top and a little lock on the side. Maybe there was an envelope taped to the side filled with three-by-five cards to capture that brilliant suggestion.
