ABSTRACT
When I escorted a bigwig C-level executive after a meeting, I was shocked at a comment he made. We were walking down the street to get into his town car to take him to his next meeting and passed a bunch of guys literally digging a ditch. They were decked out in hard hats and boots, having a great time, laughing and enjoying one another’s company. The high powered exec said, “I’d give anything to have a job like that.”
