Holidays at work can create a set of issues that are just as confusing as business casual. For example, when a holiday lands on a weekend, or is always on the third Thursday of November, there is never a decision to make. But when a holiday moves around every year like a wounded bird, the decisions surrounding that holiday can create planning havoc. When a holiday lands on a Wednesday the mind starts to spin.
