ABSTRACT
It is a mystery, that thing about job hunting. In the same news report I heard that there are five million job openings and that there are five million unemployed. It sounds easy to just do a little matching but it is not that easy. Hired and fired—both are times of disappointment, rejection, silence, and, in some special cases, elation.
