ABSTRACT
When annual performance review time is over, everyone is thankful to whatever God they worship. For some, the review was a happy day. For others, not so much. For most, it is somewhere in the middle. Most of us are just glad to have the process over with so we can move on. And that is exactly the lesson to be learned from the annual review process—move on.
