ABSTRACT
Coach Michael Brown’s second year as the head volleyball coach for the Riverview High Ravens is off to a great start. It’s a sunny August in Connecticut and two-a-days have begun. The team is returning all of its starters from the previous year, and he is hoping to go one better than state runner-up this year. Michael has four all-state players returning and practices are going great. He thinks to himself, “Life can’t get any better. If everything goes as it should, my team and I will be getting our state championship rings in about three months.”
