Athletic Director Alton Hill sits at his desk staring at two names written on the piece of paper before him. They represent the finalists for his new head coach of lacrosse. This is no small decision, as Wilmer High in Newton, New Jersey, is something of a phenomenon in men’s lacrosse. A dozen state titles over the last three decades make it the benchmark to which all other nationally recognized programs aspire.
