ABSTRACT
As a kid growing up in Missouri, Randy Hendricks developed an intense passion for swimming. He became a successful performer, and after competing on the swim team in high school, he went on to compete in college on a full scholarship. He loves the sport so much that he decides to become a swim coach. As he finishes his last semester of college, he keeps his ears open for a job for the upcoming school year.
