Questions Put to Members of Management

Questions seeking opinions were put to all members of management. Factual questions were put to the first member of management interviewed in each firm and also to the first member of management in the unit of the firm visited, if it carried responsibility for any aspect of the graduate employment policy or practice of the firm. Only questions under heads I and VIII were put to the eight firms classed as employing graduates incidentally.
