Now, I would never claim that transformational change is easy or that this book will pave a perfectly smooth path for you. Change is quite simply one of the most challenging journeys an organization will ever take. But for more than twenty years, I’ve had the pleasure to study and work with organizations that have eectively implemented major strategy and process initiatives, and one of the common elements that has enabled successful and lasting change with all of these organization has been the use of the Q-Loop.
