ABSTRACT
Let’s travel back to a time before the Internet, before the Industrial Revolution, even before the advent of written communications. People lived off the land-farming, hunting, fishing. They ate what they grew or shepherded, made their own clothes, fashioned their own weapons. In good years, there was an abundance of whatever a farmer was raising. In bad years, there was not enough to properly feed and clothe a family.
