ABSTRACT
The higher you rise in an organization, the more people are watching you. They are watching to see what you deliver and what the company values. They’re watching to see what it takes to succeed and they’re watching to see what happens as a result of bad behavior. As you take on leadership roles of greater scope and scale, it’s important that you think carefully about the image you’re portraying and what people might be learning just from watching you.
