ning our businesses. We all encounter situations that test our resolve for living according to the loy principles we’ve talked about. When we handle them right, we inspire our troops to follow our lead and we oer motivation that lives on well beyond our moments of anguish, decision, action, and glory. Handling our challenges with authenticity and grace implants a force in our followers more powerful than anything else we could say or do. And it sets the incentive for others to do the same.
