Self-help gurus skipped around talk show circuits with grace and limitless confidence. Now that sex gets in the way of shopping and relationships are replaced with social networking sites, new gurus pump up the wonders of digitization, exhibiting the enthusiasm of eight-year-olds managing Attention Deficit Disorder without Ritalin.
