ABSTRACT

Interactive laser experiences have become a key part of interactive entertainment in the DOE market, but they have much broader implications than many appreciate. In general, they allow users with laser guns, laser pointers, wands or other devices to control, manipulate or otherwise interact with laser beams as stand-alone experiences or as part of larger experiences, such as interactive dark rides. Interactive laser experiences can be particularly satisfying because they offer more physical and potent interactivity, empowering users and sometimes projecting them into fantasy worlds.
