One’s perception o f the adequacy or otherwise o f existing law in any given field o f legal activity and o f the nature o f any reform that may be deemed necessary or desirable in that regard is conditioned by a number of underlying notions that shape one’s outlook to legal analysis generally and to the field o f activity in particular.
