Group dynamic Something different happens when you get a large number of people together. It's often called 'the large group dynamic7, but what does it mean? When people get together and organize their own event, they get switched on. It's exciting, because people are talking about issues that matter to them, not things imposed from the top. Moreover, people are stimulated by hearing different views, and start 'co-creating' responses. Learning curves can be steep and multidimensional, and consensus can emerge quickly.
