ABSTRACT
Bob Simpson, an anthropologist (Department of Anthropology, Durham DH1 3HN, United Kingdom) is currently undertaking research in the field of alternative dispute resolution. His doctoral research was carried out in Sri Lanka and focused on the transmission of ritual knowledge (Ph.D. 1985, University of Durham).
