ABSTRACT
Once authorization has been received, the project ceases to be merely an object for planning and speculation and becomes instead a live entity, to which the contractor is fully committed. To achieve all the project objectives, the appropriate project organization has to be in place. All participants must be made aware of the particular role they will be expected to play.
