ABSTRACT
Meetings are an everyday part of the social worker's task - an essential part of making sure the client's needs are met. Social workers and social work managers attend many different types of meeting - family meetings, case conferences, allocation meetings and working parties to name but a few. Some are exclusive to participants from the worker's own organisation whilst others involve clients or workers from other agencies.
