ABSTRACT
People who have implemented teamwork improvement programmes generally have a great many ‘war stories’ to tell. Many mistakes have been made but from them it is possible to draw up some groundrules which should steer you away from many of the pitfalls and potential disaster areas. Most of them can be avoided if these simple rules are followed.
