ABSTRACT
A Business Plan is a statement, usually articulated in a formal document, which states the business goals of an organization. This is expanded into the reasons why these business goals are thought to be achievable and attainable in the period covered by the Business Plan, normally a three-year period. Finally, it will cover the plan for reaching those goals. Sundry information will cover background about the organization and the team involved in attempting to reach the stated goals.
