ABSTRACT
The paper develops scientific perspective of the Principle of unicity of God (Tawhid) in the order of the universe as presented by the Qur'an. It shows as to how this principle can become the foundation of a new approach to the unification of Sciences of Nature and Society. The terminology Socio-Scientific order has been coined to point out the joint interaction between Sciences of Society and Nature through the precept of unity of God as presented by Qur'an. The quest for Islamic foundation of Scientific Knowledge ends up in and leads to an analytical frame work of Islamic epistemology. The socio-scientific theory construction in Tawhidi frame work harmonizes the normative view with the positive view of universe. Man's rationality and Divine Revelation intermingle to serve as integrative phenomena.
