ABSTRACT

Stakeholder Communications is all about getting the right messages to the right constituents in a timely and effective manner so as to develop understanding and resolve issues with a view to securing compliance and, ultimately, buy-in. As outlined in the previous chapter, it will involve the development of strategic consultation plans to cater for the needs of specific clusters of stakeholders, an internal communications plan to reach across the whole organization, and an external communications plan to reach across external stakeholder groups.
