ABSTRACT

The HRBP is now equipped to anticipate people management challenges facing the business before they become major problems and work with the business, and where appropriate with specialist resources from the CoE, to plan an avoidance strategy. The HRBP will also be in a position to incorporate people into the business’ medium and long-term planning process and help define the scope of appropriate human resource strategies to support broader organizational objectives. The HR Leadership team will be well placed to drive the corporate HR strategy and ensure that best practice HR policy, strategy and activities are being implemented to meet the delivery capability of the function and the needs of the business.
