ABSTRACT
The key element of successful decision making is the ‘repertoire’ of the decision maker. Repertoire is a combination of three aspects – an ability to ‘see’ or (better) ‘appreciate’, an ability to ‘do’, and an ability to ‘judge’; it applies at both personal and organisational levels.
