On the first class of objects for the subject and the form of the principle of sufficient reason governing it

To say that representations belonging to this class are complete means, to make use of the distinction made by Kant, that they comprise both material and formal elements of sensible appearances. That tney constitute a totality of experience means that they stand in a relation of connectedness knowable only through the understanding. Consequently, they are the work of our entire sensibility and understanding, and constitute w ha t is called the objective, real world.
