ABSTRACT

Professors are human and have worked long and hard for their success. The latter aspects are the predominant factor for their achievement. Placing professors on a pedestal in praise of their success seems natural, but their trajectories towards success are not a guarded secret. What is evident is that professors are normal, intelligent people who work hard, and who have got their work published in journals that have a similar and sympathetic bent to them. They have the ability to write, think and search for appropriate places to publish their work. We all have that same ability. Usually, they have also had longevity, of which not all people are blessed.
