ABSTRACT
The previous chapter introduced project network analysis by explaining the diagramming methods and demonstrating the principles of time analysis. This chapter describes procedures and methods needed to implement project network analysis successfully in practice. Several of the steps described anticipate the use of a computer for time analysis, resource scheduling and reporting.
